Our perfumes are sourced directly from brand leftover surplus stock lots and offered at direct liquidation pricing. Fragrances are intimate personal care products; once opened or sprayed, bottles cannot be restocked or returned. Please review our comprehensive policy below.
1. Brand Leftover Lot & Hygiene Standard
At SauvageDior.pk, we pride ourselves on absolute honesty and transparency. Because our catalog consists of imported brand leftover surplus lots offered at up to 75% below retail boutique prices:
- Personal Care & Hygiene: Under international cosmetic safety standards, perfumes cannot be returned or refunded once unsealed, opened, or sprayed.
- No Returns for Change of Mind or Fragrance Preference: Scent perception is highly personal and varies by individual skin chemistry. Disliking a fragrance note or changing your mind is not eligible for return or cash refund.
- Replacement Only (No Cash Refunds): In all eligible defect or damage cases, we provide a brand new replacement bottle. We do not issue cash or bank refunds on lot stock.
2. 48-Hour Transit Damage & Defect Protection
Every shipment is packaged in multi-layer bubble armor before dispatch. However, in the rare event of damage during courier handling, your order is 100% protected with our 48-Hour Free Replacement Guarantee.
- Bottle broken or cracked during transit.
- Visible liquid leakage inside packaging upon arrival.
- Defective atomizer spray nozzle that does not dispense.
- Incorrect item or bundle delivered (e.g. ordered Trio, received Single).
- Bottles that have been used, sprayed, or tested.
- Subjective scent preference or performance feedback.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of parcel delivery.
- Normal surplus lot outer packaging or shelf-wear handling marks.
3. How to Claim a Free Replacement (Unboxing Video)
To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure fast approval, please follow this mandatory 3-step process:
Record a clear, uncut video while opening the courier flyer and bubble packaging showing any transit damage or leakage.
Share your Order ID along with the unboxing video and photos with our support team on WhatsApp at +92 310 6585002.
Once verified by our fulfillment team, a brand new replacement bottle is dispatched via express courier with zero extra charges.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection Note
In Pakistan, courier logistics partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx) operate under standard sealed-transit regulations, which do not permit opening or testing liquid products prior to payment collection.
